Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AIR Workspace ("AIR", "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

AIR provides AI-powered creative tools — video, image, audio, text generation and pre-built workflows. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate or contain artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them.

You must be 13 or older. Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

AIR uses a credit system across five categories — text, image, voice, video and cloud storage. Top-up packs are one-time charges that grant a fixed bundle of credits; top-up credits never expire and remain in your balance until you use them. Subscriptions renew monthly, include a recurring credit allowance that resets each billing cycle, and can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. A 3% processing fee is included in every checkout total, and all payments are processed by PayPal.

You agree not to use AIR to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, designed to deceive (e.g. non-consensual deepfakes), or that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain rights to the prompts you submit. Subject to applicable law and the underlying AI provider's terms, you own the outputs you generate from your inputs, and may use them commercially. You grant AIR a limited license to host and display your generations within your account.

AIR is provided "as-is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You can stop using AIR at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits do not survive account termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
