Refund Policy

Top-up packs are one-time digital purchases. Because credits are usable immediately and outputs incur real third-party AI provider costs the moment they're generated, top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate.

Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial where applicable. You can cancel at any time from your account page to stop future renewals. Once a billing cycle has been charged, that cycle is non-refundable, but you keep access for the rest of the period.

If a generation fails due to our system (not user error or content-policy refusals from the AI provider), the credits consumed are automatically refunded to your account.

If you have a billing concern, please email us first — chargebacks filed without contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
