1. Who we are

AIR Workspace ("AIR", "we", "us") operates airworkspace.net and provides AI-powered creative tools. Contact: privacy@airworkspace.net.

2. What we collect

Account data — email, name, login provider (e.g. Google).
Usage data — pages visited, tools used, credits consumed, generation history.
Generation inputs & outputs — prompts you submit and the AI outputs returned, so you can revisit them.
Payment data — handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Technical data — IP, browser, device, cookies for session and analytics.

3. How we use it

Provide and operate the service.
Process payments, top-ups and subscriptions.
Improve the product, debug errors and prevent abuse.
Send transactional emails (receipts, important account notices).

We do not sell your data or use your prompts/outputs to train third-party foundation models without your consent.

4. Who processes your data

AIR uses third-party services to deliver core functionality, including authentication, database hosting, payment processing (PayPal), email delivery and AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, HeyGen). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@airworkspace.net. You can delete your account from the account settings page.

6. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active. Generation history is retained so you can revisit prior outputs; you may delete individual items at any time. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session and authentication, and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

8. Children

AIR is not directed to users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
