(2) One-time top-ups for any credit types you want (text, image, voice, video, or cloud storage) — slide each category up from $5 in $5 steps, and everything you pick is bundled into a single payment. Top-up credits never expire — they sit in your balance until you actually use them. You can mix both: top-ups stack on top of subscription credits. The price you see is the price you pay — no processing fees or extra charges.

How do credits work?

Every generation deducts credits based on type and complexity — text is cheap (1–5 credits per prompt), images cost 5–15 credits each, voice runs about 10 credits per run, and video is the most expensive (a 1-minute documentary is roughly 4 credits). Subscription credits refill on the 1st of your billing cycle; top-up credits never expire and stay in your balance until used.

What's the 7-day free trial?

Pick any paid plan (Plus, Pro, or One Edge) and you get full access for 7 days. Cancel before day 7 from your account page and you won't be charged. After day 7 your card is billed for the first month and then monthly until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Account → Subscription and click Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Top-ups aren't subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel — and the credits stay in your account until you use them.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you 300 text, 50 image, and 40 voice credits every month plus 200 MB of cloud storage — no card required (a daily safety cap of 40 image and 40 voice generations keeps the free tier sustainable). It's enough to try every AI Engine end-to-end before deciding on a paid plan or a top-up.

Which AI models power AIR, and what is AIR Auto-Pilot?

AIR is multi-model. AIR Auto-Pilot routes every task to the best engine for the job — chat, scripts and text run across both Google's Gemini models (Flash and Pro) and Anthropic's Claude models (Sonnet and Opus), and you can always pick a specific engine yourself. Images run on Gemini's image models, voiceovers and text-to-speech on ElevenLabs, and talking-avatar videos on HeyGen. We add and upgrade models over time, and higher-tier plans (Pro, One Edge) unlock faster, sharper models with priority queueing.

What happens to unused credits?

Subscriptions are billed monthly: your card is charged every month and the credit allowance resets every billing cycle, so any unused subscription credits don't roll over. Top-ups work the opposite way — they're a one-time charge, never re-bill, and the credits stay in your balance with no expiry date until you actually use them.
